Tucked away on Robertson Walk’s second level, overlooking its beautiful fountain courtyard, Sage, The Restaurant is home to Chef Jusman So’s modern European cuisine. Dine in a peaceful and tranquil setting, at only a stone’s throw away from the CBD. Established in May 2005, Sage, The Restaurant is the product of the determination of husband and wife team Jusman So and Kimberly Chew. Having worked along side numerous Michelin Star Chefs during his stay at Hilton Singapore’s Harbor Grill & Oyster Bar, Chef Jusman So knows exactly how to entice you with outstanding dishes that emphasize taste, freshness and creativity. Using only the freshest produce from European and Australian markets, be assured of a great meal. So as to maintain high standards and quality of our food and service, the restaurant hosts a maximum of 30 covers. There is only one seating every evening as we would like diners to take their time and fully enjoy their dinner. The restaurants’ open-kitchen concept allows you to watch Chef Jusman So in action. Request for the table right in front of the kitchen to see exactly what he’s doing. Managed by Kimberly Chew, you can be assured of professional and friendly service.
