Description
Bice started off as a Milanese neighbourhood trattoria in 1926. Beatrice Ruggeri, affectionatley called Bice by her family and friends, was urged to extend her well-known culinary skills and hospitality beyond her home. Il Ristorante Da Gino e Bice was born.
Bice herself headed the kitchen while her siblings worked in the dining rooom. It became one of those friendly places where everybody knows your name. Years later when her son, Robero took over, his mission was to share the joy of Milanese lifestyle through a series of restaurants around the world.
