In March 2003, Aoki Restaurant was established by Wafu Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Les Amis Group. This 35-seater restaurant shares the Les Amis philosophy of offering the ultimate experience in fine-dining, but in Japanese haute cuisine.
The restaurant interior, conceptualised by Japanese interior architect Ikebuchi Koichiro, embodies the essence of Zen-minimalism.
Director Kunio Aoki presides over the sushi bar and kitchen. The sushi bar, with the proximity of the Chef, is by far the most popular with guests.
Aoki Restaurant offers a wide range of Japanese cuisine, from sushi and sashimi to sukiyaki, shabu shabu and tempura.
